Dr. Hao was born in 1978, Chinese, member of the Communist Party of China. He obtained a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Science, and an MBA from The Open University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Hao used to work in Shanxi Synthetic Rubber Group and ChemChina. And he used to be an engineer, Board Secretary, Director of Administration Office and Deputy Party Secretary at China National Bluestar (Group) Co., Ltd, and now works as Party Secretary, Chairman in China National Bluestar (Group) Co., Ltd.

Dr. Hao was the Deputy Chairman of the Company from 2017 to 2018. Since 2018, he has been the Chairman of the Company.
